A 25-year-old Indian woman, Ferin Khoja, has gone missing in New York City. She was last seen leaving her Queens residence on March 1 at 11 pm, wearing an olive green jacket, green sweater, and blue jeans. Khoja, who suffers from bipolar disorder, is being sought by the 112 Precinct Detective Squad. The New York City Police Department has released her photograph, seeking public assistance. The Consulate General of India in New York is actively involved in efforts to gather information about Khoja's whereabouts. The police urge anyone with information to come forward to aid in locating her.

Nine months after the shooting death of designated Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar outside a gurudwara in Surrey, British Columbia, video footage of the incident has emerged. The footage obtained by CBC News from 'The Fifth Estate' shows Nijjar being shot by two assailants who then flee the scene in a silver Toyota Camry. Witnesses attempted to chase the assailants, but they escaped. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has not named any suspects or made arrests in connection with the killing. The incident sparked a diplomatic dispute between India and Canada, with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau alleging Indian involvement, a claim rejected by India.
