Russia has offered India technology transfer for its fifth-generation Su-57 stealth fighter jet at Dubai Air Show 2025. Vadim Badekha, UAC Director General, confirmed India's technical concerns regarding Su-57 have been positively addressed. Rosoboronexport is offering both license production and staged manufacturing transition to India, including technology transfer for advanced systems like engines, AESA radar, AI elements, and low-signature technologies. The twin-engine Su-57, Russia's answer to American F-35 jets, is designed for air superiority and attack missions. This offer comes during External Affairs Minister Jaishankar's Russia visit.
