Officials believe Ukasa coordinated the group's movements, finances, and radicalization efforts. Several individuals linked to the Faridabad terror module traveled to Ankara in March 2022, where they allegedly met their handler and were recruited. "The group was operating under foreign direction," a senior official confirmed.
