A powerful explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort on Monday evening killed at least eight people and injured many others. Witnesses described the moment as chaotic and terrifying. “Rickshaws blew up, body parts of people scattered during the explosion,” said Mohsin Ali, a local worker.
