New evidence shows there were many missed chances to stop UK Southport killer Axel Rudakubana before his attack. He murdered three young girls — Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe, and Alice da Silva Aguiar — at a dance event last year. Now, lawyers for the families say there were even earlier failings before Prevent’s mistakes. The families remain deeply traumatised and want accountability and reforms.
