A major development has emerged in the murder case of 17-year-old Surya Chauhan in Ghaziabad’s Khoda area. The main accused, Asad, was killed during a police encounter in the early hours of Sunday after allegedly opening fire on a police team attempting to arrest him. Police said Asad sustained injuries in the exchange of fire and later died during treatment at a hospital. He was wanted for the stabbing death of Class 11 student Surya Chauhan, whose killing had sparked outrage and heightened tensions in the area. The Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo has become a major public health concern, with more than 1,000 suspected cases and at least 246 deaths reported within two weeks of its declaration.
