The complaint, filed by BJP leader and advocate Inder Mohan Singh Honey, alleges that the ad falsely claims the ₹5 product is “saffron-infused.” He said such ads mislead the public and may influence youth to consume harmful products. “Salman Khan is a role model; he should act responsibly,” the petitioner told ANI. Police arrested three men for raping a college student near Coimbatore airport. Two of the accused are brothers, and the third is their relative. The trio — Satish, Karthi, and Guna — robbed a two-wheeler and drank alcohol before attacking the woman and her friend in a parked car. They broke the car windows, injured the man, and dragged the woman away before assaulting her. Using CCTV footage, police tracked them to Vellakinaru.
