The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has directed Dabur India to stop using claims such as "100% Natural", "100% Pure" and "100% Organic" on food products, including honey and ghee. The regulator said such labels could mislead consumers and also objected to the unauthorised use of the "Jaivik Bharat" organic logo on certain products. FSSAI instructed the company to revise its packaging to comply with food labelling rules. India has taken a major step towards building its first indigenous fighter jet engine, with the proposed Safran-DRDO joint venture expected to receive government approval before August 15.
