Delhi police have uncovered a fake medicine factory producing counterfeit Betnovate-N anti-itching gel in Ghulabi Bagh's industrial area. Acting on tips, the crime branch raided the location, seizing 57 cartons of empty tubes and four cartons of filled tubes, along with raw materials and machinery. The owner, Avan Monga (45), previously involved in unbranded products, expanded to duplicate items from various companies. Operating for a year, Monga had spread this illegal business in Outer Delhi. Police aim to unravel the entire network as investigations continue.

Following the shocking breach in Parliament security, the alleged mastermind, Lalit Jha, traveled to Rajasthan's Nagaur to meet Mahesh Kumawat and destroy crucial evidence. In a tragic incident, Maoists ambushed CRPF personnel in Sukma, Chhattisgarh, killing SI Sudhakar Reddy and injuring Constable C Ramu. Returning from an outpost, they were attacked by two villagers near Bedre village. Ramu sustained injuries and was rushed to camp, while Reddy went missing. A joint search party later found Reddy's lifeless body. The CRPF and CoBRA unit are coordinating efforts. The incident underscores the persistent Maoist threat in the region despite security measures. The CRPF had established a Forward Operating Base in Sukma earlier this year after 17 years.
