Former Bosnian Serb military commander Ratko Mladić, known as the “Butcher of Bosnia,” has died aged 84 while serving a life sentence in The Hague. Mladić was convicted of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the 1992–95 Bosnian War.
