Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the world views India as an incubator of innovation, particularly citing the success of its digital public infrastructure like Aadhaar and UPI. In an interview with Business Today, Modi said there is global acknowledgment of India's role in using digital platforms for socio-economic development. He highlighted that 46% of global digital payments now occur in India as an example of successful policymaking. Modi stated that technologies like Aadhaar, UPI, Co-WIN and Jan Dhan Yojana have effectively delivered services directly to beneficiaries. He emphasized that India's digital infrastructure achievements have positioned it as a pioneering innovator.
