The family of Jay Slater, a 19-year-old who disappeared in Tenerife, has announced plans to utilize the £36,000 raised on GoFundMe to support search efforts. The funds will be used to aid mountain rescue teams, cover accommodation and food expenses for the family, and fly out additional relatives to provide emotional support. Jay's mother, Debbie Duncan, expressed gratitude for the donations and vowed to use the funds to bring her son home.
