Austria is freezing 19 million euros in development aid and will review all projects with Palestinians. Both nations expressed shock at the unprecedented assault on Israel that killed over 700. Israel has retaliated with strikes on Gaza killing over 430. Israel's army says it now controls communities near Gaza again after Hamas militants launched a surprise attack there two days ago.
