Bangladesh's interim leader, Muhammad Yunus, will meet with Hindu students and community members today to address the ongoing attacks on minorities. Since Sheikh Hasina's government fell on August 5, there have been at least 205 reported attacks on minority communities. The meeting will focus on resolving the crisis and ensuring the protection of Hindus. Hindu students have prepared an eight-point list of demands, including the establishment of a fast-track tribunal for swift trials and the creation of a Ministry of Minority Affairs. Yunus has condemned the attacks as "heinous" and urged protection for all minority communities.
