A 32-year-old Leeds man, Mark Ross, has been charged with murder after a parcel delivery driver was killed during a van theft. Claudiu-Carol Kondor, 42, died at the scene in Wortley on Tuesday. Ross is set to appear in court today. A second suspect, 24, remains in custody, while a woman arrested on suspicion of assisting the offender has been released under investigation.
