Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that his troops' recent incursion into Russia's Kursk region is part of a "victory plan" he plans to present to US President Joe Biden next month. Zelensky, speaking at a forum on Tuesday, stated that the success of the plan relies on whether the US will provide the necessary support and allow Ukraine the freedom to execute it. He acknowledged the plan's ambitious nature but emphasized its importance for Ukraine. Zelensky also intends to present the plan to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Ukrainian forces entered Kursk in early August, with Russia struggling to respond effectively.
