A fresh wave of Russian attacks has struck Ukraine's western city of Lviv, killing seven people, including three children. The victims include a baby, two girls aged 9 and 14, and a midwife. The attack, which used drones and hypersonic missiles, comes after a deadly strike in Poltava killed at least 50 people on Tuesday. Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy confirmed the casualties, while explosions were also reported in the capital Kyiv as air defenses targeted incoming Russian missiles. The attacks have left Ukraine reeling, with civilian lives lost and infrastructure damaged.
