The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has launched a major investigation into a cocaine seizure worth over Rs 7,000 crore in Delhi, issuing look-out circulars (LOCs) for six individuals, including UK national Savinder Singh. Singh, who allegedly oversaw a 208 kg cocaine shipment from South America, fled India shortly after arrests were made on October 2. The cocaine was concealed in snack packets and stored in a rented shop in Ramesh Nagar. The police are investigating connections to a broader syndicate, which includes a Dubai-based businessman and other foreign nationals.
