A helicopter crashed into a radio tower in Houston’s Second Ward on Sunday night, killing all 4 people aboard, including a child. The crash caused a fire that spread across two to three blocks, but no homes or structures were affected. Police Lieutenant Jonathan French called it a “horrible tragedy” and said, “This could have been much worse.” No one on the ground was injured. The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the cause of the crash. The helicopter was on an air tour flight at the time of the accident.
