Numerous gifts and mementos received by Prime Minister Narendra Modi are currently under e-auction. Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi said a statue of Ram Darbar, model of Golden Temple, Kamdhenu statue, and Jerusalem souvenir are among the popular items in the latest e-auction of gifts presented to PM Modi. The auction from October 2-31 features 912 items including replicas of Sun Temple and Vijay Stambh, Chamba rumal painting, etc. Lekhi highlighted the cultural significance of items like Gond painting, Yakshagana dance headgear, and Basavanna bust. She urged participation in the auction, whose proceeds will support the Namami Gange initiative to restore the Ganga river ecosystem. This is the fifth e-auction of PM mementos, with over 7,000 items auctioned previously.
