In Manipur’s Jiribam district, at least 10 Kuki militants were killed on Monday following an attack on a CRPF camp. The assault, which took place around 3:30 p.m., led to an intense exchange of gunfire. During the confrontation, CRPF personnel retaliated, neutralizing the militants and seizing several weapons. One CRPF jawan sustained critical injuries and is undergoing treatment. Earlier in the day, the militants also attacked Borobekra Police Station and set fire to multiple Meitei community houses in Jakuradhor. This escalation marks the latest in ongoing violence across Manipur, which has led to over 200 fatalities.
