Israel and Lebanon may agree to a ceasefire today after a year of deadly conflict. Over 3,700 people have died since the war began in October last year when Hezbollah attacked Israeli territory in support of Hamas. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given his initial approval for the deal.
