Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said a 20-member team will investigate the serial blasts in Ernakulam on Sunday that killed 2 and injured over 50. An FIR has also been filed. Vijayan said an all-party meeting will be held Monday to discuss the next plan of action to nab those responsible. A man named Dominic Martin surrendered claiming responsibility, but police have not confirmed his involvement and are interrogating him. Kerala's DGP confirmed that improvised explosive devices (IED) caused the blasts at a Christian prayer meeting. The government has mobilized resources to get to the bottom of the blasts that rocked the state amidst the Sunday congregation.
