The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) faced a bomb threat via email, targeting RBI, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank. The sender, using the username 'Khilafat India', demanded the resignation of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das, alleging their involvement in a significant scam. The threat outlined 11 potential bomb attacks scheduled for 1:30 pm on Wednesday in Mumbai. Although police investigated the specified locations, no evidence was found. A case has been registered at the MRA Marg Police Station.
