Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a tea break at the house of Meera Manjhi, the 10 croreth beneficiary of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, during his Ayodhya visit. Modi signed an autograph on a Ram temple painting and interacted with locals. The visit coincided with the unveiling of the redeveloped Ayodhya Dham railway station and the inauguration of Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, boosting tourism ahead of the Ram temple inauguration on January 22, 2024. Modi also met children, took selfies, and appreciated a painting created by students. The Ujjwala Yojana aims to provide clean cooking fuel to rural households.
