Submarine internet cables in the Red Sea have been reportedly cut, leading to significant disruptions in communications networks across the Middle East. Hong Kong-based telecoms company HGC Global Communications confirmed that cables belonging to four major operators were affected, potentially impacting internet traffic in India, Pakistan, and parts of East Africa.
