At Gulshan Dhaba in Murthal, Haryana, 38-year-old liquor trader Sunder Malik was shot dead by unidentified assailants. The attackers, caught on CCTV, fired approximately 35 rounds as Malik tried to defend himself. The gruesome event unfolded as he slept in his SUV, parked at the dhaba. The police, informed by the dhaba owner, have formed 8 teams to apprehend the culprits. The motive remains unclear, with no confirmed gangwar angle. This tragic event follows the recent killing of INLD leader Nafe Singh Rathi in a similar ambush in Jhajjar district on February 26.
