Prospective petitioners and legal representatives are required to register each beneficiary electronically and pay the associated fee. Enhanced organizational account features are available for online account users to collaborate on registrations and petitions. USCIS has also made Form I-129 and Form I-907 accessible in online accounts, with online filing for H-1B cap petitions beginning on April 1.
