Four Tajik Citizens Arrested for Moscow Concert Shooting; Suspects Show Signs of Abuse

Four Tajik citizens are detained for the deadly shooting at Moscow's Crocus City concert hall, with signs of abuse evident during their court appearance. Muhammad Sobir Fayzov, the youngest at 19, shows injuries including a missing eye. Others, Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, display cuts and bruises. Fariduni confesses to the shooting for money. Images circulated online depict severe abuse inflicted on Rachabalizoda, including the cutting off of part of his ear. The Kremlin declines to comment on allegations of torture. The suspects face pre-trial detention over the attack, which claimed 137 lives.
