Three UN observers and a translator were wounded by shelling in Rmeish, southern Lebanon. Lebanon's state news agency attributed the explosion to an Israeli drone strike, but the Israeli military denied involvement. The UN peacekeeping mission, Unifil, confirmed the incident and stated that those injured were receiving treatment. Tensions have escalated along the Israel-Lebanon border, with frequent exchanges of fire between Israel and Hezbollah. Israel's Defence Minister vowed to intensify attacks on Hezbollah, while the US expressed concerns over civilian casualties in Gaza. The IDF admitted killing two Palestinians and burying them with a bulldozer in separate incidents.
