Starting Monday, Germany will partly legalize cannabis, following Chancellor Olaf Scholz's pledge. People can carry up to 25 grams and grow three plants at home. Smoking near schools and public spots is banned, as well as in pedestrian zones from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Those under 21 can have up to 30 grams a month with low THC. But no cannabis clubs are allowed, and you can only join one club at a time.
