Palestinian journalists working in Gaza have been immortalized as street art icons in the United Kingdom, with a new mural in East London's Ilford area titled "Heroes of Palestine." Painted by street artists Auberi Chen, Core 246, and Captain Kris, the mural features prominent Gaza journalists Mohamed al-Masri, Ali Jaddalah, Hind Khoudary, and Abdelhakim Abu Riash. However, some murals honoring Gaza's journalists have faced vandalism, with pro-Israeli individuals defacing the images with the Star of David symbol and derogatory remarks. Despite this, the tribute stands as a testament to the resilience and courage of Gaza's journalists.
