Four people died and 16 others were injured in a massive blast at a chemical company in Telangana's Sangareddy district. The explosion, which occurred around 5 pm, involved a chemical reactor while approximately 20 workers were on duty at SB Organics Chemical Company. Eyewitnesses reported the blast during chemical mixing. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has ordered swift rescue operations and medical assistance for the injured.
