Faridabad Police have questioned more than 2,000 Kashmiri students and tenants after the car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort. Police say they are checking for any link to the “white collar terror module” behind the attack. Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir Police found nearly 3,000 kg of explosives in Faridabad and arrested over a dozen people, including doctors from Al-Falah University. The blast driver has been identified as Umar Un Nabi, a Kashmiri doctor who escaped during the raids. Investigators have traced a fund trail of ₹20 lakh. Police in Gujarat say hackers stole sensitive CCTV videos from a maternity hospital in a city in the state. Some clips showed pregnant women during exams. These videos were shared on YouTube with links to Telegram, where longer clips were sold. During the probe, police found a wider cybercrime network stealing footage from more than 50,000 cameras across India. Many hacked CCTVs had weak or default passwords. Eight people from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Uttarakhand have been arrested. Police say no patient has filed a complaint because many women fear their identities may be revealed. The NIA has arrested Amir Rashid Ali, a resident of Samboora in Jammu and Kashmir, for helping plan the Red Fort car blast in Delhi. The attack on November 10 killed 10 people. The Hyundai i20 used in the blast was registered in Ali’s name. Investigators say he came to Delhi to help buy the car and worked with suicide bomber Dr Umar Un Nabi to carry out the attack. Umar, a professor at Al Falah University, died in the explosion. The NIA is checking CCTV footage and tracking calls as it searches for more people linked to the larger plot. (PC: NDTV)

The NIA has confirmed that the Red Fort blast on November 10 was a suicide attack carried out with a vehicle-borne IED. The bomber was Umar Un Nabi, a doctor from Pulwama who worked at Al Falah University in Faridabad. His aide, Amir Rashid Ali, has been arrested for helping buy the car used in the blast. New details in the Red Fort blast case show that accused Dr Umar Nabi tried to radicalise people across several states. Intelligence sources said a girl from Imphal told investigators that Umar had added her to his contact list and tried to influence her. She said he gave her a Muslim name, “Mariyam”, as part of a “soft conversion” attempt, but she did not accept his ideas. At least four people died and several others were injured after a car and a dumper truck collided in Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on Saturday evening. The crash took place in Central Kashmir, officials said. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed shock and grief over the accident. He directed district officials to help the affected families and ensure quick medical care for the injured. He also ordered a full investigation into the cause of the crash. The investigation — spanning J&K, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh — is linked to the Red Fort car blast case. Intelligence teams discovered her contact details via call logs of a previously arrested doctor, Adeel, who played a role in the module. At least six people lost their lives and 14 others were injured when a vehicle carrying pilgrims collided with a stationary trailer near Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The accident occurred while the group was returning from their spiritual journey; preliminary investigations indicate the trailer may have been parked without proper warning signs. Local authorities are probing the cause, including possible driver fatigue or poor visibility on the highway. Rescue operations continue, and the injured have been rushed to nearby hospitals. ISRO chief V Narayanan said the space agency is entering one of its busiest periods, with seven more launches planned this financial year. These include PSLV and GSLV missions and a fully industry-built PSLV. He confirmed that Chandrayaan-4, a lunar sample-return mission, has been approved and will launch in 2028. ISRO is also working with Japan on the LUPEX mission to study water ice at the Moon’s South Pole. Narayanan said India will triple spacecraft production in three years and aims to place the first module of its space station in orbit by 2028. The Gaganyaan crewed mission remains set for 2027.
