In a setback for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi High Court has put his bail on hold in the liquor policy money laundering case. This follows a challenge by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arguing that it wasn't given a fair chance to present its case. The vacation bench of Justices Sudhir Kumar Jain and Ravinder Dudeja ordered a stay on the trial court's bail decision until a detailed hearing can be conducted. Kejriwal will remain in custody until the High Court reviews the matter. AAP criticized the decision, accusing the government of judicial interference.
