Air India Flight Reaches Barbados to Rescue Team India from Hurricane Beryl

A special Air India flight has landed in Barbados to evacuate Team India due to Hurricane Beryl. The team, stranded after winning the T20 World Cup, will return to India on this flight. The BCCI arranged the flight for the players, coaches, families, and media. Hurricane Beryl, a category 4 storm, caused airport shutdowns and curfews in Barbados. The team and media were confined to their hotels with disrupted water and electricity. Broadcaster Sanjana Ganesan shared an Instagram story showing her husband, Jasprit Bumrah, looking at the stormy ocean. The team is expected to arrive in Delhi on July 4.
