Team India, led by Rohit Sharma, continued their victory celebration after receiving a heroes' welcome. Rishabh Pant carried the T20 World Cup trophy into the ITC Maurya. The team then met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence, interacting and having breakfast with him. After the meeting, they returned to the Maurya and then headed to Delhi airport to board a flight to Mumbai. An open-top bus parade will be held along Marine Drive, culminating at Wankhede Stadium, where a felicitation ceremony will take place. The event is open to the public, with free entry for all.
