India has refused to travel to Pakistan for the tournament, citing security concerns. Instead, the BCCI suggests hosting the tournament in a hybrid model, with matches played in neutral venues in the UAE, Dubai, or Sri Lanka. The PCB had proposed hosting the India-Pakistan match in Lahore, but India's concerns have led to the rejection. The decision is subject to International Cricket Council (ICC) approval.
