A firefight broke out between security forces and militants in Doda district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday. The encounter occurred in Upper Desa Bhatta forests, Kashtigarh area, leaving two soldiers injured. The Indian Army confirmed the operation, which is the third in the area since Monday night. The militants attacked a security forces' camp near a government school building at midnight, leading to an exchange of fire that lasted until 4 am.
