Delhi IAS Coaching Centre Flood: Protesting Students Detained as Police Launch Investigation

Three UPSC aspirants died after being trapped in the flooded basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. Heavy rains caused the basement to fill with water, trapping about 30 students; 13-14 were rescued. Protests erupted at Karol Bagh Metro Station, with police detaining demonstrators.
