3 Civil Service aspirants died when the basement of their coaching center in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, flooded after heavy rain. The victims were Shreya Yadav from Uttar Pradesh, Tania Soni from Telangana, and Nevin Dalwin from Kerala. Shreya's family blamed the institute for neglect, saying the flooding problem was known but ignored. Tania had been studying at Delhi University and joined the coaching center recently. Nevin, a PhD student at Jawaharlal Nehru University, had been in Delhi for eight months. The incident sparked protests by students demanding accountability from the coaching center.
