The Union Home Ministry has formed a committee to investigate the deaths of three civil services aspirants due to flooding at Rau's IAS Study Circle in Delhi's Rajinder Nagar. The committee, comprising officials from various departments, has 30 days to submit its report, including reasons for the incident, responsibility, and policy recommendations. The tragedy, which claimed the lives of Shreya Yadav, Tanya Soni, and Navin Dalwin, sparked protests from fellow students. In response, 13 illegal coaching centres in the area have been sealed, and five individuals, including the coaching centre's co-owners, have been arrested.
