Delhi HC Reserves Order on Kejriwal’s Bail Plea in Excise Policy Case

The Delhi High Court has reserved its decision on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in the alleged corruption case linked to the now-scrapped excise policy. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna reserved the order after hearing arguments from Kejriwal's counsel and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which opposes the bail, alleging Kejriwal was the "mastermind" of the scam. The CBI filed its final chargesheet in the case, naming Kejriwal and other key figures. The chargesheet concludes the investigation into the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam.
