A bomb threat on the Jammu Tawi-Bhagat Ki Kothi Express (train number 19926) near Ferozepur triggered an emergency response on Tuesday morning. The threat, reported via the Rail Madad app, prompted the train to be halted at Kasu Beghu station, 10km from Ferozepur. Passengers were evacuated, and a bomb disposal squad, fire brigade, and medical teams were deployed. The threat comes amid heightened security concerns due to recent terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. Authorities are investigating the source of the threat, which was linked to a mobile number registered in West Bengal.
