Delhi Police Arrests ISIS Operative Rizwan Ali with Rs 3 Lakh Bounty, Key Member of Pune Terror Module

The Delhi Police Special Cell arrested Rizwan Abdul Haji Ali, a key member of the Pune ISIS module, on Friday. Ali, who had a Rs 3 lakh reward on his head, was linked to several terror activities, including reconnaissance of high-profile targets in Delhi and Mumbai. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had issued a warrant for his arrest, and he had been evading capture since escaping Pune police custody. Weapons were recovered from his possession during the arrest. Ali was named in a supplementary chargesheet by the NIA in March 2024.
