Indian intelligence agencies are on high alert after a video emerged of terrorist Farhatullah Ghori, who planned the Bengaluru Rameshwaram Cafe blast, urging sleeper cells to carry out attacks on trains across India. Ghori, a fugitive jihadist currently in Pakistan, instructed cells to use pressure cooker bombs to derail trains. The video also includes his plans to target petroleum pipelines and Hindu leaders. Ghori claims the Indian government is weakening sleeper cells by targeting their properties through the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and National Investigation Agency (NIA).
