Ramadass defeated Japan's Toyoda Mamiko with a decisive 21-13, 21-16 victory. She will face compatriot Thulasimathi Murugesan in an all-India semi-final clash. Meanwhile, Indian shuttlers Mandeep Kaur and Palak Kohli were eliminated from the competition after losing their respective quarter-final matches earlier in the day. India has already secured five medals, including one gold, one silver, and three bronze.
