An Indian Air Force MiG-29 fighter jet crashed in Rajasthan's Barmer district during a routine night training mission on Monday. The crash occurred due to a technical snag, but the pilot safely ejected before the jet went down. No casualties or damage to property were reported as the crash took place in an unpopulated area near Uttarlai. The Air Force has ordered a Court of Inquiry to investigate the cause of the accident.
