Over 200 residents of Supertech Eco Village 2 society in Noida fell ill after allegedly consuming contaminated water. Mostly children, they experienced symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach ache. Residents reported that the incidents started on Sunday night, with the number of cases increasing rapidly. Many claimed that the water contamination was the cause, citing their own experiences of falling sick after consuming water. Authorities have yet to comment on the matter. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of drinking water in the society, which has over 50 towers and thousands of residents.
