An Audi owned by Maharashtra BJP president Chandrashekhar Bawankule's son, Sanket Bawankule, was involved in a multiple-vehicle collision in Nagpur on Monday, officials said. The car, allegedly driven by intoxicated individuals, hit several vehicles in the Ramdaspeth area around 1 am, injuring two moped riders. Two occupants, Arjun Haware and Ronit Chintanwar, were arrested, while Sanket and two others fled the scene. The group was reportedly returning from a bar in Dharampeth when the incident occurred. Police have launched an investigation into the accident, with preliminary reports suggesting the involvement of alcohol.
